~Make sure you let me know if you would not like me to stream or post WIP's of your commission prior to me starting (I will ask to be sure)

~I do not take rush orders. If you have any deadlines let me know and I will try to adjust and work in that timeline. But I may not accept depending on current waitlist/ orders

~When it comes to live 2d models, it takes me around 2 months for the process. If you have a deadline in that time frame I can finish on a deadline in that case

~I reserve the right to refuse any commission, at any time, for any reason

~DO NOT trace, modify, or post my work as your own

~You cannot use my works as NFT's

~ My work is not to be used for publication or advertisement without my permission. I reserve the right to alter my prices accordingly. Any commercial use of my art must be expressed prior to the commission process.

~ I reserve all creative rights to my work and expect credits when posting and using my work

~I, the artist, retain the right to edit, crop, & otherwise modify your commission to use as a sample/promotional image on my social media

~You may use the commission as an icon, background/wallpaper with proper credit

~If you attempt to send a chargeback, your order will be immediately cancelled, you will no longer own any rights to the finished product, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning again in the future

Commissions may take 1-2 weeks at the earliest, and up to 1 MONTH at the latest. This depends on the complexity of your order and the current wait-list.

~Payment is expected and required after the first sketch has been finalized and approved

~I can set up payment plans for larger orders over $100 if needed

~Anything over $150 requires a 50% deposit after the first sketch has been approved

~Commercial use is 30% of the total (unless stated otherwise)

~Live2D models have commercial rights in the price listed/ the price agreed upon once the details are discussed

~Any cancelled works can be resold, you will no longer have the rights to that work. Any specific details of the character will be removed if I, the artist, decide to resell it or use it for my own portfolio purposes

~EXCEPTIONS: If you need to cancel after the sketch and prior to payment, the above will not apply
